    It was my New Year’s resolution to take vitamins more often, but I thought I should do some research on what’s inside of them beforehand. I had no idea that a deficiency in Biotin can cause brittle nails. It seems to me like while the symptoms may be subtle, we should be careful to include all necessary vitamins in our diets or supplements. Thank you for the information!
